GIFT WRAPPING

 
Each and every item ordered from Jane's Vanity is gift wrapped, because we fully believe in the joy of unwrapping presents. During the holiday season, we up the ante and make sure the gift presentation is nothing short of spectacular.
 
Have any special requests for the gift wrapping? Want us to enclose a message on a complimentary card? We're happy to oblige. Simply leave these details in the “notes” section at checkout & we'll take care of it.
 

SHIPPING DATES

 
The biggest concern about shopping online is always the time frame for arrival, especially as the crush of the holiday season reaches its crescendo. Whenever the season, if you need an order by a specific date, please leave it in the notes section at checkout. This enables us to do everything in our power to make sure the items arrive to you in plenty of time.
 
HOLIDAY SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES
 

Chanukkah (Delivery December 7th-15th)

      • Free Standard Shipping: order November 29th-December 7th
      • Expedited Shipping: order before December 10th

Christmas Eve / Kwanzaa (Arrival by December 24th)

  • Free Standard Shipping: order before December 18th
  • Expedited Shipping: order by December 20th
 
All orders within the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Standard shipping within the US should arrive within 7-10 business days, expedited shipping within the US in 3-5 business days.
 
International shipments are also shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which will transfer to the recipient's postal system upon arrival in their country. All customs duties and other import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. International shipments should arrive within 14 business days, depending on their destination & time spent in customs. Please plan far ahead if you're ordering internationally for holiday delivery – once the item leaves the US, there is nothing that we can do to expedite the customs process.

For expected delivery by December 24th with standard shipping, domestic orders need to be placed by December 18th. With expedited shipping, domestic orders will need to be placed by December 10th. Please contact us if you need assistance choosing the best shipping method for your timeframe.
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 
We procure the most beautiful, high-quality lingerie to fill your drawers. However, we understand that occasionally an item is purchased that requires adjustment in size or style. We want you to love the lingerie as much as we do. For this reason, we are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund.

While our typical return time frame is within 14 days of receipt, we understand that the holiday season often includes a lag between when the item is received and when it is opened. For this reason, we are happy to extend the deadline for receiving holiday returns until January 8th, 14 days after Christmas day. Should you need to return or exchange an item outside the timeframe of our automated return form, please contact us via our contact form and include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
